It is our mission to bring empathy (back) in the workspace. We focus on fast growing (tech) startups and scale-ups specifically. The ever changing culture asks for a different approach. Our team of seasoned Business Psychologists and actors combine theory with practice and will make sure everyone walks away with personal takeaways which can be applied both in their professional as their private lives. We use a method called Action Learning.
Our learning programs are always action-based, hybrid, personal and tailor made. And never dull. Our focus areas are First time managers, People managers, Founders off-sites, Feedback culture and Coaching. We work mainly in Europe, sometimes overseas (USA/Asia). Remote sessions are possible too.
