BRETALG, established in 1991, is located in Roscoff, Brittany. We are a human-size company and our activity is strongly tied to the land. We value the Breton coast: a marine resource exceptionally rich in algae.
We mainly provide six fresh salty algae varieties by hand harvesting. We sell our products exclusively through a worldwide network of clients in the food business. Moreover, we are also a central buying office dedicated to the food algae. The takeover of BRETALG in 2015 has allowed the implement of a new production line and a traceability system. This, in order to match the needs of our main clients, through international standards (IFS/BRC).
BRETALG offers six fresh salty algae varieties and propose a range of dry (flakes or whole sheet), also frozen fresh seaweeds Our products are enriched and updated regularly. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
