Throughout the process, Brice Group uses scientific and empirically validated methods to ensure optimal results in the selection of candidates. During our initial collaborations, we are prepared to interview both the appointing manager and other employees to gain insight into the candidate's future assignment and the organization’s culture. Some of our clients want us to conduct an independent assessment of the organization before we start our work on identifying candidates or initiating organizational development projects.
