We often meet clients who have been let down by traditional methods of financing or who haven’t had the desired outcome from their considered lenders. We find that a lot of the time this could have been avoided had situations been explored & dealt with quickly. Lenders want to lend; but they need to understand who they are lending to & it is our job to make sure they understand this as best as possible.
Our reputation with clients has seen mortgage brokers & other introducers (solicitors/accountants) approach our company. We welcome this & take a partnership approach to work & fees. If brokers choose to ask us to manage a case to completion, we are able to service this too. Our CEO regularly takes part in industry panel discussions & welcomes business peers to work with us.
