We act for a London, UK bridging company with funds to lend out on a secured only basis. We can recommend loans against property both commercial and residential (save a first charge over owner occupied residential), industrial and development land. We secure these loans on a first or second charge basis.
We can and have also arranged loans secured against gold, diamonds, jewellery, antiques and motorcars. In the case of property other than land and buildings the property has to be taken into the Bridger’s possession where it is kept safe and secure. The Bridger has pawn broking, warehousing facilities and is able to provide appropriate, secure storage conditions for almost any item of property.
Rates are usually between 3% and 5% but there are no fees whatsoever and no penalties for early redemption. The Bridger does not deal directly with brokers or borrowers. The way we work provides an efficient and fast method of bridging.
