Bright Days is creating a new standard for child care in Calgary. Our Early Learning Child Care Homes focus on health/nutrition, mindfulness, and continuous learning through play to promote healthy emotional, social, and physical development of each child. We offer infant / toddler programs (ages 1-3), as well as preschool programs (ages 3-5).
Non-GMO, 90% certified organic meals are served at all of our Early Learning Child Care Homes. Our custom, organic meal plan is written by a Registered Dietician and Pediatric Nutritionist. This ensures a nutritious and balanced diet is served to your child, using only the highest quality ingredients.
Custom early childhood learning curriculums are implemented at Bright Days. This helps nourish a child’s imagination and intellectual development, and provides them with a head start when they enter the school system. Our curriculum encompasses the ideologies of Montessori, Reggio Emilia, the Early Learning and Child Care Curriculum Framework for Alberta, as well as the Mindful Schools Curriculum.
Daily mindfulness lessons and practices are done with children at Bright Days. Mindfulness has been shown to help children with emotional regulation, as well as cultivate positive states of mind like gratitude, kindness, joy and compassion. With Bright Days, your child will learn strategies and techniques for meeting and navigating difficult emotions during the most critical time in their early childhood development.
Our zero screen time policy ensures that your child will achieve their maximum potential through interaction with others, free play, and structured play based lessons throughout the day.
