1. Strategy Development and Implementation
Ranging from setting up 90 day plans to achieve key performance targets to 5-10 year strategy to ensure you business is aligned to its Vision and resilience to future market challenges. Setting up processes to discuss plans and/or strategy at the right frequency with the right stakeholders resulting in action completion and course correction to achieve desired outcome.
2. Asset Management
Performing high level or detailed AM Maturity Assessment to understand gaps. Prioritizing and implementing AM gaps through development of standards, processes and role accountabilities. Provide expertise to bridge gaps to achieve ISO55001 certification. Creation of key AM Strategy documents like ‘Strategic AM Plan’ and ‘AM Plans’. Set up maintenance plans, develop work and shut management framework, setup and embed defect elimination program. Perform and/or set up root cause analysis or basic investigation tools. Development and tracking of key leading and lagging indicators.
3. Business Improvement
Application of lean principles for problem solving including but not limited to Quick Change Over, Time and motion study, Kaizen, TPM. Improvement projects aligned with Lean six sigma DMAIC Improvement roadmap.
