Within Brilliant Healing, Rita weaves ever-growing direct and communal knowledge with radical humility for her own healing; she is deeply committed to self-inquiry, professional development and expansion under the guidance of her trusted mentors. She is a colleague of Dr. Gabor Maté, a student of Sharon Stanley’s Somatic Transformation model and was mentored by the late visionary Carol-Anne Bickerstaff.
Through multi-disciplinary means, Rita supports personal transformation by establishing trustworthy therapeutic alliances. Her ways are unconventional, creative and eclectic, yet intentional, precise and intelligent. Informed by neurobiology and early childhood development, she invites present moment awareness and a felt sense to integrating new learning.
