Our family mission for the past 15 years has been to celebrate the varied cultures, landscapes and above all, the exceptional foods of Spain. We pride ourselves on the fact that even though it may be a big red bus that passes our windows, we offer our guests a genuine experience of the fantastic food and hospitality of Spain.
Our name comes from the Spanish word "Brindis", meaning to raise your glass in celebration. ¡Salud!
