Build A Pro Foundation is a 501(c)(3) Apprenticeship Intermediary in Salina, Kansas built to address the growing labor shortage and support the continued economic expansion of our community. We streamline the apprenticeship process by being "the grease" and coordinating between Employers, Education Institutions, Recruiting and Workforce Development Companies, and the State Registered Apprenticeship Office. We come alongside employers to develop thriving registered apprenticeships within their current businesses. We manage the apprenticeship, empowering the employer to focus on developing their skilled labor and growing in their industry. By doing this we save them the extra paperwork, reporting, marketing, and recruiting of running an apprenticeship on their own. Build A Pro is comprised of divisions whose focus will be to reach and serve the specific populations they are named after. While we may expand in the future, our current divisions and focus are Youth, Military, Special Ability, Immigration, and Lazarus Project.
