Bureau G&D biedt leertrajecten voor medewerkers in zorg en dienstverlening. Ook begeleiden wij organisaties bij vernieuwings- en veranderingsprocessen. Onze werkzaamheden zijn vooral gericht op de volgende speerpunten:
* Leertrajecten. Naast een diversiteit aan trainingen op het gebied van communicatie biedt Bureau G&D tevens de branche-erkende opleidingen Eerst Verantwoordelijk Verzorgende (EVV) en Gespecialiseerd Verzorgende Psychogeriatrie (GVP) aan. Daarnaast bieden we ook enkele bijzondere trainingen aan voor het leren zien van en omgaan met de mens met dementie.
* Communicatie met als aandachtspunten communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden, teambuilding, onderhandelen, coachend leiderschap, intervisie en het geven van feedback.
* Cultuurverandering. Bureau G&D ondersteunt organisaties bij het ontwikkelen en implementeren van hun (strategische) visie. Mobiliseren van motivatie, creativiteit, saamhorigheid, verantwoordelijkheid en energie bij uitvoerende medewerkers en bij middenmanagement (MD) is daarbij de centrale invalshoek.
* Personeels- en opleidingsbeleid. Wij ondersteunen organisaties bij het in kaart brengen van de benodigde kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve inzet van personeel. Daarbij wordt onder meer gebruik gemaakt van ZorgFormat. Een belangrijk onderdeel van het personeelsbeleid is het opleidingsbeleid. Wij adviseren organisaties bij het opstellen van hun opleidingsbeleid (initieel en postinitieel) en ondersteunen zo nodig bij de implementatie daarvan.
