We make electricity simple by keeping our pricing simple and easy to understand. Contract cancellation fees are evil, so we don’t have them; just give us ten days notice to change providers. You don’t need to know how deregulation works, or how the pool price is set, or what microgeneration is to get the best price. If you want to learn, we’re happy to teach. But until then, you’ve got better things to worry about. We love Alberta. This is our home. This is where we are raising our families. We want a bright future of all Albertans, and so we try and support Alberta business and consumers when we can. If you call us, it’s someone in Calgary that answers the phone.
