Ende Oktober 2023 haben wir unser neues BusinessCenter Frechen eröffnet.
Wir befinden uns dann im Neubau "GreenHouse" in der Alfred-Nobel-Straße 29 in Frechen. Das Gebäude wird nach LEEDv4 zertifiziert, das bedeutet, es erfüllt nach den Prinzipien der Nachhaltigkeit und Umweltverträglichkeit strenge Kriterien u.a. für Energieeffizienz, Wassereinsparung, umweltfreundliche Materialien und eine bessere Innenraumluftqualität.
Wir bieten insgesamt auf 1500 qm Einzel- und Teambüros (15-27qm) , 80 qm Coworking-Space, Virtual Office sowie Seminar- und Besprechungsräume (17-140 qm) an.
