BuurtBazen is een stichting die zich inzet voor burgers en specifiek voor jeugd die niet goed bereikt worden door de reguliere zorg.
Elk mens heeft een verhaal en elk verhaal leidt tot bepaalde keuzes. Wij zetten in op kansen en mogelijkheden en willen samen dealen met mensen om levensverhalen bij te sturen richting een positieve toekomst.
Een drijvende kracht en missie hiervoor is de gedachte van iedereen verdient kansen. Samen leven is samen doen.
De afgelopen jaren hebben we ons ingezet op thema's als financiële educatie, beroepsoriëntatie en sociale inclusie. Met name gericht op jeugd.
Momenteel zijn we onder andere actief in Leeuwarden Oost vanuit onze werkwijze genaamd; Dealen in Kansen. Deze werkwijze richt zich op jeugd die niet bereikt wordt door de reguliere hulpverlening. Hierin zetten we verschillende interventies in om weerbaarheid en veerkracht te versterken bij de jeugd.
