방학 중에는 실제 기업의 의뢰를 받아 전략 및 오퍼레이션 컨설팅 프로젝트를 수행합니다. 팀을 꾸려 약 6주 간 클라이언트사에서 의뢰한 RFP를 바탕으로 전략을 제언하고, 이를 실행합니다. C.STAGE 프로젝트의 최우선 목표는 Market Impact 창출이며, 스코핑의 최우선 조건은 '클라이언트 사의 요청과 만족' 입니다.
