Die Leistung:
Kabel und Leitungen werden mit einem
Wasser- und Luftdurchlässigen Material umwickelt. Wir gewähren Schutz der Leitungen und keinen Wärmestau.
Vorteil:
Die Einsandung der Leitung ist nicht mehr notwendig.
Das heißt: Es gibt keine LKWs die, aufgrund von Sand-Lieferungen oder Abfuhr von überschüssigem Material, von und zur Baustelle fahren müssen.
Ein Fall-Beispiel:
Bei 5 km Leitungsverlegung braucht man ca. 120 Tonnen Sand
Zum Vergleich: Ein LKW ladet ca. 15 Tonnen.
Im gleichen Zuge müsste man mindestens die gleiche Masse wieder abfahren ( Verdrängung).
Zum Vergleich: Dies entspricht einer Schiffsladung zur und von der Baustelle.
Das Geotextil-Material würde problemlos, mit einer einmaligen Anfahrt, in einen Mercedes Sprinter passen.
Weitere Vorteile: Deponien werden geschont, Steinbrüche werden geschont, weniger Diesel verbrauch und daher geringere CO2 Belastung und bei der direkten Verlegung mittels Verlegepflug würde auch die Entsorgung entfallen..
