Calea dialogului offers mediation, coaching and training services in the area of conflict management using Nonviolent Communication. Its vision is to harness human diversity in all its forms for building resilient teams and organizations, that can respond with new, creative solutions to the highly complex problems of today. Calea Dialogului's mission is to transform conflicts in opportunities for growth, cooperation and creativity using constructive dialogue. In order to achieve constructive and efficient dialogue, Calea Dialogului proposes 3 types of services: 1) Mediation Conflicts are usually unpredictable, uncomfortable, and more complex than what they seem at first. Having a third person in the room, who is not directly engaged in that situation, alongside with some clear and widely tested processes and tools are helping to reduce the discomfort and stress and to create a safety space where every voice is heard. This in turn can lead to finding creative solutions to solve conflicts in new, unexpected ways, that were not even imaginable before the dialogue occurred, including improvements from which the whole team or organization can benefit. 2) Coaching 1:1 sessions for people who are in charge in dealing with difficult conversations or tensions between people, in their daily activities (managers, HR, team coordinators etc.). Guiding the person into learning how to apply NVC processes and tools in this kind of situations, how to clarify their own needs and intentions, guess what the other person(s) might be needing and reaching their own concrete actions to meet those needs. 3) Group workshops Learning and practicing NVC tools for dealing with conflicts, within a community of people who share the same interest, practicing together, sharing successes and failures, inspiring each other and bringing joy in an area which is generally seen as serious or even scary.
