In 2004, many “corporate” telecom companies emerged on the back of BT’s monopoly being removed. Call Plan’s founders spotted that companies were looking for a different type of telecoms partner. Companies told us that experience, transparency, seeking cost advantages and working collaboratively were the most important traits they looked for when seeking business partners.
Based on this feedback, Call Plan Solutions was formed! We are proud to have built a reputation as an honest and trustworthy telecoms provider, putting the customer at the centre of everything we do - the same values and principles remain at the core of the organisation which we hold dear today.
For many years, we have supported businesses to purchase a range of telecoms services at competitive rates. As a value-added reseller, we manage the entire journey from initial consultation, recommendations, through to servicing and billing our customers.
