We are an independent Los Angeles-based roasting company, specializing in certified organic, single origin coffees. Founded in 2016 by couple Ally Walsh and Casey Wojtalewicz out of a passion for the ritual of making coffee at home, Canyon has grown into a full-service wholesaler with a robust e-commerce business. As we continue growing and spreading the warmth that coffee brings, we're excited to create more viable, fulfilling livelihoods and careers for our team and people passionate about working in coffee!
