CapelleXL is een bedrijventerrein grenzend aan de A20 tussen Rotterdam en Gouda. Het gebied is dé economische peiler van de gemeente Capelle aan den IJssel. Er werken ca. 7.000 mensen.
Op het bedrijventerrein zijn vele branches te vinden. Retail, productiebedrijven, gezondheidszorg, garages en schadeherstelbedrijven, ICT, opslag en distributie, etc. Teveel om op te noemen. CapelleXL is een Stichting en opgericht met diverse doelstellingen. Enerzijds het behartigen van de ondernemers op het bedrijventerrein. Anderzijds het gebruik maken van de mogelijkheid een Bedrijven Investeringszone (BIZ) op het gebied van toepassing te laten zijn.
De Stichting BIZ CapelleXL en de gemeente Capelle aan den IJssel werken samen in het project BIZ CapelleXL.
