About Us
The Centre for Children’s Happiness (CCH) is a not-for-profit organization based in Sri Lanka, dedicated to advancing child rights, wellbeing, protection, and development through rights-based programming and community-driven initiatives. Since our establishment in 2006, CCH has worked across the country to ensure every child experiences a happy, safe, and empowered childhood.

A world where every child enjoys their rights, realizes their potential, and grows up in a supportive and sustainable environment.
What We Do
CCH implements innovative, child-focused programs across five provinces in Sri Lanka, working directly with children, families, schools, and communities. Our services include:

We are the local pioneers of initiatives such as Team UP for psychosocial wellbeing, Nature Appreciation Clubs (NAC) in over 100 schools, and digital solutions for child service providers through our platform www.children.lk.

CCH believes in child participation, collaboration with duty bearers, and community empowerment. Our work is grounded in the principles of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) and contributes to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
