中国国际贸易促进委员会投资促进中心（以下简称“投促中心”）是中国国际贸易促进委员会（以下简称“贸促会”）特设机构，旨在依照国家战略及贸促会的工作部署，为国内企业“走出去”和国外企业“引进来”提供全过程服务。
在为海内外投资者提供服务时，投促中心将实行“一体两翼”的经营策略：即以国内外工业园区为主体，以提供金融保险服务和中介服务为双支撑。
在“走出去”方面，中心将利用75个境外经贸合作区，组织企业抱团出海，发挥产业集群优势，降低海外投资运营成本，增加企业海外投资成功几率；在“引进来”方面，中心将着力吸引外国资本、设备、先进技术、管理经验等入驻有优势、有特色的中国产业园区，拉动国内经济增长，支撑地区产业发展。
针对融资难、担保难等企业共性问题，中心将依托贸促会与国家开发银行、中国进出口银行、太平保险等诸多金融保险机构建立的战略合作关系，同时引入政策性及商业性股权投资基金，为“走出去”的中资企业提供定制化金融支持和保险服务，满足企业融资需求，帮助其提高风险防范水平。
中心还将携手德勤、德恒、贸促会专利商标事务所等知名律所、会计师事务所、商事法律、投资咨询顾问等专业机构，搭建综合性服务平台，为国内外企业进行双向投资提供专业化、市场化和定制化的有效服务，帮助企业避免因缺乏系统性服务而造成决策失误。此外，企业投资项目落地后，中心还将向企业提供后续所需服务，提高项目收益率。
中心的日常业务还涵盖：提供对外投资信息、举办投资实务、政策解读等培训、组织经贸投资展览会、论坛、洽谈会等活动、组织中国企业出海考察、与国外政府、商协会对接、与当地中资企业交流、帮助国内工业园区举办专场推介等。
贸促会成立60多年来，功能作用不断放大，在业界赢得了良好的口碑。目前，贸促会在境内成立了800多家地方贸促会、行业贸促会和基层贸促会，在境外设立了18个代表处，并与国（境）外商协会、贸易和投资促进机构建立百余个多双边工商合作机制。
投促中心将充分发挥贸促会“亦官亦民”的身份优势、“四位一体”的体制优势以及与境内外工商界联系紧密的有利条件，为企业提供权威、可靠的投资和合作信息与服务，帮助企业在探寻海外投资过程中，赢得多一分机会，多一分把握。
