Le CIS est né d'un partenariat entre la faculté de médecine de l'UNIGE, la Haute Ecole Santé de Genève de la HES-SO, les Hôpitaux Universitaires de Genève (HUG) et l'Institution Genevoise de maintien à domicile (Imad).
