Ceta'Maore is a local non profit organization, created in Octobre 2021. Our aim is to valorize and protect marine mammals and theirs habitats in Mayotte and in Indian Ocean 🌊
Our goals are :
🔎 📈Enhance knowledge on marine mammals, theirs habitats and cultural knowledge
🧑🏫 Raise awareness to children (in- and out- schools), adults and public overall
⛵⛴️ Support local stakeholders and build capacities to local organizations, private sectors, public institutions on human activities interaction with marine mammals (tourism, whale-watching, boating, fishing, etc.) ;
🤝🌍 Cooperate and work together with national, SWIO regional and international partners.
