We assist organizations with the implementation or ongoing development of Cyber Risk Management programs. Our superior approach is based on a business objective centric approach layered over the FAIR standard to create defensible disclosures, "CFO Proof" financial analyses of risk scenarios, and adversary simulation of the scenarios to ensure accurate likelihood estimation.
We then use the results of the scenario's to drive risk appetite, risk tolerance and materiality discussions. Ultimately we operationalize these discussion into processes that exceed SEC, DORA and other compliance requirements for the demonstration of well thought out documented cyber risk programs and processes.
Finally, we help implement these processes in a secure standalone platform - that is outside standard communication channels which will likely be monitored by the threat actor- which allows for compartmentalized breach response and materiality decision making and response.
A key are of focus in 2025 is to help organizations to evolve their Third Party Risk Management programs away from the contentious auditor "auditee" questionnaire model to one of joint risk scenario definition and execution. We are working with FAIR institute's working group on the FAIR-TAM standard. We are also an incubator partner to the Third party Risk Association to help its membership with this journey.
