We use fresh chilies, Cane Sugar (Jaggery), filtered salt from mineral salt with proper balance of potassium and the best natural apple cider vinegar for all our Sriracha sauces. We have an exclusive lab results on our claims and offer all to examine our claims if they wish so. Moreover, CHAASHNIG Sriracha sauces are plant-based products in which no animal ingredients or animal-derived products are used and so all our sauces are vegan friendly.
