After over four decades immersed in the Champagne industry, Champagne Bee LEM was founded in 2022 by Béné Lemkecher (Bee) to mark its 50th anniversary.
Bee grew up in the Champagne region and comes from a long line of famous Champenois. Born in Épernay, her father was born in Oger and her mother in Avize, two Grand Cru Chardonnay (cru) villages.
Qualifications in biochemistry and management have enabled her to delve into all aspects of the Champagne industry, gained at the highest level in some of the most prestigious houses in Reims and Épernay.
After over 20 years as a sales director at a major Champagne house, Bee decided to take over Champagne Lefevre, the family business founded in 1970 by her parents.
Now, her own Maison builds upon this tradition and passion.
Inspired by family culture and tradition, Bee has developed a complete range of Blanc de Blancs Champagnes, with one main objective: exceptional wine quality.
