Our Founder/Director and Principal Marie Walter, prior to launching Champion Contested Wills provided services to clients in various areas of law across the Greater Sydney Region over the last 30 years working with both large multidisciplinary National firms and medium to small specialist firms gaining invaluable experience in the process.
Marie is admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, is a Graduate Fellow of the College of Law New South Wales and holds a Master of Laws (Applied Laws) Majoring in Wills & Estate Law.
Marie has a genuine passion for matters of equity and has always held a special interest in Estates, Succession and Elder Law.
Marie is a member of the AWLNSW and AWL.
