At Change Work Coaching and Consulting, I work with people, teams and organizations to help build capacity, individually and collectively, and create deep, values-aligned, sustained change. Sustained and positive change that is internally powered and creates external value.
ChangeWorks is the new iteration of MadronaWorks, my coaching and consulting business. I have changed the name to clarify that I am in the business of making change work. And do so successfully and with positive impact.
I have been a certified coach (Co-Active Professional Certified Coach and International Coaching Federation) since 2009 with over a decade of coaching experience and a career focused on individual and organizational development, culture change management, people services (recruitment, performance management and coaching) and organizational administration, project and event coordination. I have experience and familiarity with working at all levels of an organization ~ front line, manager, director, board member (operational and governance) and consultant.
My work is always a co-creative initiative that involves collaboration with team leaders, business owners and HR professionals. I offer coaching and consulting services that align with and support individuals and organizations to move forward in a clear, authentic and purposeful way.
