Welcome to ChangeXChange Consulting, I am Peter Doyle - Managing Director.
We are a business that has over 20 years of experience in business and executive management, working with many well known Blue Chip companies in that time. We have walked the walk, we don't just talk it our experience comes from actually being there and doing the job.
We understand the pressures of business today and the impact it can have on the individual. The constant need to perform in at best a difficult market place is just one consideration. It is because we have been there and done it that our approach is different to most consultants, we address the needs of the individual and the business to deliver Positive Change in order to achieve your goals and vision.
Many look at the symptoms and apply the quick fix, only to find that weeks or months down the track the same or similar symptoms appear again.
We drill down to find the cause, rather than just deal with the symptoms. It is a more effective and holistic approach.
