Our humble beginnings date back to 2001 as part of Inala Technology Investments with medical equipment repair and maintenance. In 2003, then Channels Medical Solutions, we were appointed as a Cadwell distributor in South Africa, and the market was ready for a new EEG, PSG and EMG offering. The Cadwell product offering was later expanded to intra-operative monitoring, ambulatory EEG, PSG equipment, and LTM and cEEG functionality. We are proud to be part of the Cadwell family. In many markets, Cadwell leads the industry with its state-of-the-art product portfolio, exclusively focused on neurophysiology.
Channels Neuro, previously an operational department of Channels Medical Solutions, was established in 2021 as part of the Mediglobus group of companies. This new focused structure was implemented to ensure we continually meet the needs of our customers — specifically in terms of providing the best possible products and solutions in line with international standards, dedicated responsiveness and high standards of after-sales service.
Today, Channels Neuro serves neurology and neurophysiology practices, sleep labs and intra-operative neuromonitoring service providers across Southern Africa. Our solutions include the latest EEG, EMG, PSG, IONM, neurosurgical equipment, neurofeedback, ICU brain-monitoring, consumables and accessories.
Exceptional service is our main objective. With this, we take care to understand our customer’s needs and constantly improve our offerings by keeping abreast of the latest scientific and technological developments in neurodiagnostic, -monitoring, -rehabilitation and therapeutics. In so doing, Channels Neuro will become the first port of call for these specialities. We are also expanding our services to include the latest educational resources by means of continual training and workshops.
