I’m an ICF accredited coach, specialising in supporting women in their 30s and 40s who are, or think the may-be ADHD. I help them develop skills and habits to support themselves to thrive in a world which wasn't designed with us in mind. Through a combination of practical, tool based mentoring and deep self-compassion led coaching, my clients grow in self-acceptance, self-belief and self-confidence. When you work with me you can expect to develop deep self-knowledge and understanding which will help you work out what's right for you. You'll learn how to stop letting a fear of conflict or judgement hold you back from saying what you really want and need. And develop your own ways of setting yourself up for success, no more trying to follow neurotypical rules about how you "should" approach things. My coaching practice has grown through my own trial and error over many years of navigating high pressure corporate job roles, experiencing overwhelm and burnout, while battling low self-esteem, never feeling good enough and having a complete lack of self-appreciation and self-belief. Little did I know throughout these years of misery that I wasn't rubbish at life, weird or just useless at doing what was expected of me, I was battling to stay afloat, masking EVERYTHING as an undiagnosed ADHD woman... Having been diagnosed at the age of 36, I believe wholeheartedly that self-understanding, self-acceptance and always embracing compassion are the foundations of a happy, fulfilling life. Embracing an attitude of self-discovery completely changed my life and how I appreciate and accept myself. It’s now my mission to inspire and encourage other women to cultivate their own journey of discovery and the particular “quiet” empowerment this brings into everyday life when you know you're working things out, step by step, in a YOU shaped way.
