Chassé Dance Studios is een danscentrum in Amsterdam waar dansliefhebbers en professionele dansers samenkomen. Kinderen en jongeren ontwikkelen bij Chassé hun talenten, volwassenen volgen open lessen in diverse stijlen en professionele dansers genieten van hun dagelijkse training. Naast de reguliere lessen vinden er bij Chassé diverse workshops, audities en voorstellingen plaats. Het begon allemaal met een leegstaande kerk in Amsterdam West, de Chassékerk. De visie van Lenny Balkissoon, initiatiefnemer én voormalig danser, was al snel duidelijk toen hij voor het eerst naar binnen liep. Een karakteristiek, historisch gebouw in de stad behouden en een centrale plek creëren waar mensen samen komen om geïnspireerd te raken door dans. Een dansschool, Gym/Theaterzaal, Hotel, Grand Café en gezondheidscentrum zouden vanaf nu gehuisvest worden in dit prachtige gebouw.
