CENTER FOR HEALTH EDUCATION ECONOMIC REHABILITATION AND SOCIAL SECURITY (CHEERS) “Creating Smiles” ORGANIZATION PROFILE CHEERS is a non-for-profit organization officially registered with the Cooperate Affairs Commission (CAC) on September 5, 2006 with headquarters in Abuja – FCT and state offices in Anambra, Enugu, Kaduna, Kebbi, Nasarawa, Oyo, and Plateau States. The organization is also registered with associations like; Association of Orphans and Vulnerable Children in Nigeria (AONN), Civil Society Network on HIV/AIDS in Nigeria (CISHAN) and Civil Society Action Coalition on Education for All (CSACEFA) FCT. VISION CHEERS vision is to attain “An Informed healthy and poverty free society across Nigeria.” MISSION To improve the quality of lives of the vulnerable groups in rural communities through the promotion of good health, education and economic empowerment CORE VALUES We believe in and promote the values; accountability, integrity, diligence, stewardship transparency and volunteerism.
