We developed workshops that help girls reach their full potential. The workshops are implemented at our franchise brick and mortar locations. The locations provide a place for girls to come and participate in confidence and self esteem building classes such as etiquette and empowerment. The locations are offered as a franchise around the United States and internationally.
We have also developed curriculum which is implemented throughout the schools in Texas. We have earned approved vendor status in the several school districts throughout Houston and are currently expanding to Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and El Paso. The curriculum is taught in 6-12 week increments based on the goals of each school. We have students to take pre and post surveys to gauge the effectiveness of each program.
We have also developed the conferences as an experience for children to participate in interactive workshops, hear celebrity tween guest speakers and network amongst each other. This experience allows children to demonstrate the social skills they’ve learned throughout the duration of the program. As a bonus, the conferences can serve as a fundraising event for select schools. Therefore increasing student and parent involvement pushing students to strive for more and reach their full potential.
Each of the avenues of impact create opportunities for both stakeholders and shareholders. We are the first and Girls Empowerment best public benefit corporation in the United States let alone in Texas. We are making an impact in the lives of girls because studies show that a girls self esteem heavily affects her future success.
