Child Rights Trust (CRT) is a State Govt awarded non-governmental, non political, non profitable organisation established two decades ago by a group of likeminded child rights activists to advocate Child rights in India.
CRT is a public charitable trust which works for and with children, without any discrimination against religion, caste, creed, gender or social status. We are basically a research, capacity building, advocacy and lobbying organisation sharing knowledge with other field-based organisations, individuals, networks, Govt, media and others through workshops, campaigns. We also play the role of consultants to build capacities for developing plans of action, programmes and policy advocacy.

To endeavor to protect, maintain and develop children’s inherent right to peaceful existence and quality of life to which they are entitled;
To sensitize civil society and the authorities on child rights;
To carry out statistical research and research in social sciences relevant to children and their families;
To secure the effective use of the legal process to remedy children’s grievances
