Coffee is spoken amongst the connoisseurs as “the new wine”. Like wine, coffee has developed into a passion for uniqueness by creating profiles from unique growing regions, micro climates, soil types, fruit varieties, processing style and roasting craftsmanship combined to create a cup like no other. The unique craft way of Chronicle translates into a great palate of flavours which translate into a superior taste experience.
We don’t believe in large scale roasting, that is why we are a small batch roaster. We feel at Chronicle large scale roasting doesn’t fit in with our benchmark of quality through workmanship.
There is so much more to roasting than meets the eye! Each origin must be roasted separately to bring out the distinguished characteristics of that particular bean, colour, aroma, and timing is so critical and each batch is developed under the watchful eye and hand of the roaster.
Our Boutique roaster really belongs to the community we live in. This is where we create our blends and profiles to fit particular custom tastes and desires. Our partners are part of our roasting experience. At Chronicle, our staff is inspired to take passion, quality, and craftsmanship to the last step, from the farm to the cup.
However, Chronicle is not just a coffee roaster. We offer full packages to our partners from syrups, tea, cups, and many more items.
