Choice Support is a charitable Community Benefit Society that supports autistic people and people with learning disabilities and/mental health needs.

In 2019 we doubled in size as we merged with mcch, a charity with a 30-year history of supporting autistic people and people with learning disabilities and/ mental health needs. We now support around 2,700 people and employ around 2,500 staff.
In 2024 we merged with social care charity Three Cs.
Three Cs is a registered charity that provides housing and support for autistic people and people with learning disabilities and/mental health needs. We decided to keep the name Choice Support as it accurately describes what we do.
