Historie:
Cilgro B.V. is in 2010 ontstaan uit de overname door John Velthoven Holding b.v. van Verbeek Zelfbedieningsgroothandel (opgericht in 1902) uit Den Haag en Atgro. Uit deze samenvoeging ontstond in 2011 Cilgro b.v., vervolgens is het bedrijf verhuisd naar een nieuwe locatie in Waddinxveen. Hieruit is een moderne non-food leverancier ontstaan die past in de huidige tijd. Per 1 januari 2022 is Cilgro b.v. Overgedragen aan Stretto Holding b.v. Onder leiding van Lizzy Smal - Velthoven die samen met Vincent Cillekens de dagelijkse leiding over het bedrijf voeren.
