In 1987 I set up the Cirlinci Consulting Group, specializing in the complete marketing package.
From 1992 this gradually became a consultancy in continuous improvement (customer satisfaction and internal marketing) which eventually led to strategic management consultancy (1996) and headhunting (2000).
Since 1998 I have brought my twenty-year experience of personal growth to the firm, with skills in knowledge engineering, expanding the company into creative thinking, brief strategy therapy, structural constellations, Transformational Breathing, Coaching, Mentoring, personal counseling and Life Personal Training.
I’m in International Who’s Who (2000) and Cambridge’s International Biographical Centre (2002).
Empathy, long-term vision and the ability to target the goal are my key traits.
