CloakHire is a recruiter-only community designed to make split-fees simple and believes recruiters won't be replaced by technology, but could work better together by using technology.
CloakHire is on a mission to connect boutique agencies and independent recruiters across the United States.
We're working with the recruiters who love business development and don't have enough resources or reach to fill their current open positions, or to take on the new client positions they could have, but instead had to pass on.
And also the recruiters who have built a network of high-performing professionals over time and are skilled at finding unicorns, but prefer being candidate focused over business development, and don't have enough great positions to place their candidates in.
Other times, recruiters join CloakHire who are running a smaller firm, or independent, by design. They'd like the resources of a large agency, but not deal with the overhead and headache of running one.
Both the platform and our Customer Success Team make personal introductions for our members to connect, which allows them to figure out if they would like to do business together, and then use the CloakHire platform and the provided Master Split-Fee Agreements to facilitate that relationship in a transparent, organized way.
