Co.Cre8, takes an innovative approach to working within project organisations to help improve their performance through Knowledge, Networks and Behaviours. Knowledge focuses on ensuring a structured approach to the capture and dissemination of knowledge on/across major projects, raising the bar in industry. Recent review by the HSW Director regarding our work on the Palace of Westminster Restoration and Renewal Programme which captures the essence of our approach: 'Whilst it’s true to say that we did previously have a system of sharing lessons it was fairly rudimentary and lacked structure. It focused mainly on lessons from major incidents and therefore wasn’t particularly useful in the context of our current project. What Co-cre8 brought was a logical and structured approach which helped us focus on both good and bad occurrences along with a process for applying these lessons to our current project phases. Their previous experience from major programmes such as the Olympics, Crossrail and HS2 meant that we were able to leverage learning from others facing similar issues. All of that said, perhaps the key benefit of our partnership was the approach they brought to stimulating and encouraging critical thinking which helped create a culture of open and non-judgmental dialogue across the various teams.'
