As a passionate entrepreneur with the goal of becoming a national field hockey Head-Coach, I combine an international sports career with 96 caps in the French team. I played in France (Paris Jean Bouin, RCF and Lille HC) and then in the Netherlands (Laren MHC and HGC). With a diversified entrepreneurial experience in areas such as high-tech, sports, flowers, and real estate. I have created and managed companies in France, experiencing both success and failure, which has given me exceptional resilience and adaptability. Natural leader and leader of men, I am recognized for my innovative and creative spirit. I am organized and planning, always ready to implement effective strategies to achieve our goals. My strong convictions and values guide each of my actions, and I am 100% dedicated to my projects, investing all my energy to succeed. My international experience has allowed me to work with different cultures in the Netherlands, the United States, and Asia. I structured the PJB training center, setting up a team of 100% professional coaches and a common style of play, leading to our best sporting year in 2023-2024. I am multi-certified with a level 5 FIH in progress, as well as training in business, sport, and mental preparation. I am also an early user (adopter) of innovative technologies like Spiideo (www.spiideo.com). My overall approach includes structuring amateur clubs, developing side revenues, and organizing international travels. I am ready to mobilize my network to reach new heights in field hockey.
