The CS Coaching app gives clients the accessibility to have their coach right in their pocket with full integration with MyFitnessPal. You will receive your own personalised meal plan tailored to your goals, lifestyle and likes & dislikes; providing a variety of recipes and tasty meals to choose from. These meals can be changed regularly with exciting, new recipes and would be chosen based upon your preferences. You will be able to view your personalised training programme within the app which is also designed and built specifically for you; considering your current fitness/activity level, whether you will be training at home or the gym, equipment available, time dedicated and your preference of training. There are demonstration videos and images to ensure you are performing any exercises or movements with correct technique as well as sets and reps amounts will be clearly delivered. Keeping track of your own progress is a key feature within the app; yourself and Connor can monitor all variables including your progress pictures, measurements, weight, sleep, energy, stress and much more. Connor will modify and tailor your training and nutrition plans to ensure you are continuously making progress towards your goals. The app features a chat section where you will be provided with continuous support from Connor via messaging and voice notes; as well as regular relevant learning videos/contact to educate you on different topics surrounding health, fitness, nutrition and more. Connor is here to inspire people to do the things that inspire them and be there to support you every step of the way on your health and fitness journey to ensure you achieve a long term sustainable lifestyle transformation.
