We are an India-based outsourcing company founded by Sandeep Borse who has extensive experience of around 13 years in outsourcing business. Our dedicated staff (who will exclusively work for your firm, remotely) are proficient in managing insolvency and accounting work remotely. Our office is situated in the heart of Vadodara city in India, within a corporate campus featuring a UK-standard smart office. It is fully equipped with the latest IT equipment and resources.
INSOLVENCY SERVICES:
Our team has extensive experience handling a wide range of corporate as well as individual insolvency cases, providing comprehensive support throughout the entire process from cradle to grave. (This include CVLs, MVLs, WUC, Administrations, CVAs, Bankruptcies & IVAs). In addition, with extensive experience & technical expertise in insolvency matters, Sandeep (who is CPI qualified with 2nd place in E&W) manages the regular compliance & case reviews to ensure both case progressions and that each case adheres to the highest standards of regulatory and procedural compliance.
ACCOUNTANCY SERVICES:
Our accountancy staff offer a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet your needs. Our team ensures that all processes are handled with accuracy and efficiency, allowing you to focus on your core operations. Our key accountancy services include areas spanning Bookkeeping, VAT, Corporation Tax, Year-end finalisations, for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies. We are able to provide you with staff right from trainee to more experienced staff having qualifications of ACCA (skill level) and/or degree in accountancy.
