Coava is in 2016 opgericht vanuit de gedachte om gasten een ultiem genietmoment te bezorgen. Wij varen onze eigen koers door alleen te doen wat goed voelt, waarbij wij veel waarde hechten aan onze omgeving en de wereld om ons heen. Onze producten komen direct van de boer en we werken samen met partners uit de regio met dezelfde filosofie. Zo komt onze koffie direct van de koffieboerderij, wordt ons brood door Bakker Piet gebakken met ingrediënten van de Veluwe en halen wij de melk voor ons ijs zelf bij boerderij Westen Appel. Hoe kunnen wij ons als duurzaam bedrijf blijven verbeteren? Kunnen we onze gerechten nóg eerlijker maken? Dit zijn vragen die bij ons regelmatig leiden tot nieuwe initiatieven en – niet te vergeten – nieuwe producten.
