Wij hebben de beste wijnmakers gevonden. Met de liefde voor wijn als uitgangspunt, nee: drijvende kracht. Onze specialisten hebben hier tientallen jaren werk van gemaakt en doen dat ook terwijl u dit leest.
Iedere wijnspecialist heeft zijn gebied van expertise en kent hier alle wijnmakers, wijngaarden en geheimen op zijn duimpje. Zo komen alleen de allermooiste wijnen in de Colaris Collectie.

MAAR ER IS MEER; ONZE RIJPINGSKELDER
In het Limburgse Weert ligt onze uitstekend geoutilleerde wijnkelder. Hier kunnen we uw wijn opslaan zodat hij onder de ideale omstandigheden rijpt en zijn volledige potentieel behaalt.
Op de ideale temperatuur van 13 à 14 graden en op een luchtvochtigheidsgraad van tussen de 70 en 80% komt de wijn rustig op dronk. Zodra de wijn op dronk raakt krijgt u van ons een bericht, zodat u van uw perfect gerijpte wijn kan genieten. Wij bieden onze klanten de opslagservice gratis aan, tot 5 jaar na de oogst.
