A social enterprise aiming to give businesses the skills and confidence they need to go out and give opportunities to young people, vulnerable adults or ex-offenders.
By empowering businesses, founder Colin realised he could have more impact than just going out and working alone. Having worked in industry and education, it was obvious that for many people, the opportunities they need were simply not getting to them.
Hence Colbe was founded in 2017 to remove any barriers businesses have about working with hard to reach groups.
