Hello generator operators and owners,
My name is Mark Barrett and I help power plants solve problems and close gaps.

I’m a subject matter expert in HRSG water chemistry and demineralized water. I’ve set up programs, corrected problems, and provided operator training to several combined cycle facilities.
- I can reduce the management team’s workload by handling your facility’s NERC compliance. This includes PRC & CIP standards compliance assistance, gap (audit) analysis, and facility reporting. As an Operations Manager, NERC compliance was my biggest time committment, consuming about one-third of my time.
- No repeat incidents. Using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) cause mapping we can identify an incident’s root causes along with solutions.
- I can solve your problem because I’ve seen a lot of different things with over 30 years’ of technical and process troubleshooting across the power generation, gasification, and refining industries.
