Mit meiner Firma comea biete ich Coaching für Einzelpersonen und Organisationen an.
Im Einzelcoaching unterstütze ich meine Klienten dabei, der Ursache ihres Anliegens auf die Spur zu kommen. Oft ist der Ausgangspunkt eines Coachings nur ein Startpunkt für die eigene Entwicklung und nicht das eigentliche Problem, das nur einer schnellen Lösung bedarf.
Typische Startpunkte sind: den Herausforderungen als Führungskraft besser gerecht zu werden; Unzufriedenheit / Unklarheit mit der beruflichen Rolle, Karriereentwicklung oder Work-Life Integration; das Gefühl, dass etwas "fehlt" im Leben, auch wenn man eigentlich alles hat; der Wunsch nach mehr Lebendigkeit; Krisen oder Schicksalsschläge etc.
Für Organisationen biete ich (auch im Netzwerk mit anderen erfahrenen Coaches und Organisationsentwickler:innen) Teamcoaching, Organisationsentwicklung und Trainings vor allem im Kontext New Work / agiler Transformationen an.
Typische Fragestellungen sind: wie können Teams empowered werden / mehr Selbstorganisation entstehen (oft trotz weiterhin bestehender hierarchischer Strukturen); wie können sich Führungskräfte weiter entwickeln, jenseits von Tools und Methoden; wie können wir besser kommunizieren & eine Feedback-Kultur entwickeln; wie können partizipative, effektive und begeisternde (Online) Meetings auf- und umgesetzt werden u.v.m.
Wichtig ist mir bei beidem meine eigene Haltung: es ist immer ein selbstbestimmter, co-kreativer Prozess auf Augenhöhe, mein Gegenüber ist Expert:in für sich und sein Umfeld und ich unterstütze durch klare Fragen, Prozessgestaltung, Expertise im Kontext Coaching & Organisationsentwicklung sowie durch das, was ich als ganze Person mit einbringe.
